To provide all our customers with high quality native plants. We want you to love every plant you receive! 

We offer a replacement or refund on any severely damaged or dead product when your shipment arrives. A picture and description of the issue is required within 48 hours of receiving your plants to assess the level of damage in order to determine whether a refund or replacement is necessary. Replacement will be conditional upon the plants being in stock. If there is a possibility that the plants may survive, we may ask you to monitor your plants for a couple of weeks, after which time we will get in touch and provide compensation for any that do not recover.

Please note that we cannot offer long term insurance on plants beyond our shipping guarantee as there are many factors beyond our control that impact how plants do once they are no longer in our care. Thank you for your understanding!
